Weekends - We occasionally take Rush Orders but those must be approved prior to ordering.

Holidays: Closed

  • Orders submitted over the weekend will not be processed until Monday in the order they were received.
  • Orders submitted over a holiday will be processed the following business day.

★★HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ITEM?★★

If you are looking for how long it will take to make and receive the item you are wanting to order, this info can be found on that particular item's page in the details or description about the item. And most items even have a photo with this info too! Each item we offer has different production and shipping times. So check the listing for that item!
During holiday seasons you will find deadline announcements on our home page.
  • SHIPPING COST
Currently we are offering a shipping deal on all our wall art, which includes prints, canvas, foam mounts and farmhouse wood signs. Those items ship free. We try to keep our cost low on all our shipping. If you purchase a wall art, along with another item in our shop, such a shirt, then you will only be charged shipping on the shirt and not the wall art.

★★REFUNDS & MODIFICATIONS TO YOUR ORDER★★

If there is a problem with your order, please let me know immediately and I try my best to resolve the issue.

Due to the nature of digital files or instant downloads and all the design work involved, NO REFUNDS will be issued once an order has been placed. Please read the information on Instant Downloads and Digital Files here.

 

*******FAILURE TO PROVIDE CUSTOMIZATION INFORMATION*******
If any of the customization or personalization info is not provided for an order and the customer has been contacted through email with no response, and 30 days has lapsed, the order will either be:
1) completed with any information that was provided
2) cancelled

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON PERSONALIZED ITEMS:  Due to the personalization of items, returns and refunds are not available at this time. If a mistake is made on our part, we will be glad to exchange the item for you. If you approved a proof, then received the product and find a mistake after receiving it, there will be a charge to correct, reprint and ship out another order. PLEASE double check the proofs. We are human and do make mistakes. This is why we send proofs.

LOST PACKAGES
If USPS tracking shows no movement of the item for the last 30 days, please contact us or contact your local post office to resolve this issue.

DIGITAL, PRINTABLE, EMAILED (print your own) ITEMS:
Once you approve the design/proof and it has been sent to you, there is a $5 fee for any changes requested after it has been marked "shipped" and emailed to you.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive your items damaged please send us photos of the item and the box/tube or packaging within 3 business days. You can email it to kim@thefreckledowl.com

GUARANTEE ON TIMING
Once your order leaves our shop we can no be responsible on late deliveries. It is out of our control once we send the tracking #. All we can guarantee is the day it will ship by.
CAN MY ITEM BE SHIPPED EXPRESS?
We have tried to find the quickest and best option for all of our products. On some of our products there are a couple of options for receiving the product a little quicker with the current carrier. However, this can be costly and is NOT a guarantee.

PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR PROOFS ON WALL ART
On almost all wall art we send a proof. We do our best to streamline any errors on our part, however, PLEASE review your proof carefully as The Freckled Owl will not be held responsible for errors found after the product has been finalized and/or printing. We are human and do make mistakes. This is why we send proofs.

CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER
We always send proofs by the time we have stated. If you have not received your proof then check your spam folder. You can also add kim@thefreckledowl.com to your contact list to avoid it going to your spam. If you have not received your proof after the time you should have, please email us.

DOES OUR PRINTS INCLUDE THE FRAME & MATTE?
No, the frame or mat is not included when you purchase a print. However, if you would like to upgrade and have us frame & matte your print we offer some sizes.

DIGITAL FILE AVAILABILITY AFTER DELIVERED BY EMAILED
Due the large file sizes of my designs, I do NOT keep or store your file but for a short period of time after it has been delivered to you through email.

PRINTING WITH ONLINE PRINT LABS OR WALK-IN PRINT SHOPS
For digital file or instant download purchases, The Freckled Owl is not responsible for the printing qualify of the files. That is solely the responsibility of the buyer and are expected to have basic printing knowledge.

COLOR VARIATIONS
Please remember that computer monitors display slight color variations, therefore the color on your screen might be slightly different than the actual print. Colors can also vary from the quality of printer used as well as the types or brands of paper and ink used for printing. The Freckled Owl is not responsible for the resulting color variations due to the many variables involved.

YOUR ORDER IS RETURNED TO US
We do offer free shipping, but this is ONLY on the first order we send you. If your order is returned to us because of wrong address or any other reason, it will cost for us to reship it back to you.
