CHECK BACK ON THIS FAQ PAGE BEFORE ORDERING AND SEE OUR CURRENT PRODUCTION TIMING. IT CAN CHANGE ACCORDING TO WORKLOAD.

  • This mean you will receive your proof in the amount of business days listed above once you submit your answers - not the day you necessarily purchased. 
  • If you purchased on a Saturday or Sunday then it is considered a Monday order. If you order on a holiday it is considered an order for the next business day. 
  • There is no need in contacting us to see if we received your submission form. If we have a paid order from you and do not have a submission form then we will contact you to resubmit your form again. Please keep your answers written down in case this were to ever happen.
  • PLEASE do not contact us on the 5th business day asking about your proof. It takes so much time answering those messages when we could be working on the proof. However, if it is the morning of the 6th business day and you did not receive your proof the day before, then PLEASE send us a message.
  • You will need to approve your proof within 5 business days from the day you receive it. 
  • Once you receive your proof you can request minor changes to it. It will be 24 business hours before receiving the changes back, so plan accordingly.
  • After I approve my proof, when will I receive my order?
DIGITAL FILES are emailed in 24 business hours after approval.
UNFRAMED PRINTS ship out in 1 to 2 business days after approval.
FRAMED & MATTED PRINTS ships out in 5 to 7 business days after approval.
CANVAS WOOD FRAMED SIGNS ship out in 5 to 7 business days after approval.
GALLERY WRAPPED CANVAS ship out in 5 to 7 business days after approval.
FOAM MOUNTS ship out in 5 to 7 business days after approval.



    OTHER FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

    • Before filling out a submission form with all your answers, you MUST make the purchase. If wanting to purchase on Etsy, then go HERE (we will soon be offering portrait charts for purchase here on our website also, but for now they must be purchased on Etsy)
    • You must submit your information for your portrait within 24 hours after making your purchase. All submission form choices can be found 
      HERE. We do NOT send proofs for submission forms unless an order has been placed and paid for. 
    • Descriptions of the products we offer:  Please see the listing for the item you are wanting to purchase. We will have informational photos in each listing describing the products.
    • What counts as a character when placing an order? Adults, children, Babies (held by another character) & Pets
    • In personalization box on the Etsy checkout page, you will need to type “submitting form on website”
    • If you’re having a problem with the submission form on our website then please message us for an alternative way to submit your info.
    • Keep in mind, the more characters you have the smaller they will be.
    • We cannot alter the backgrounds, change the color of a hairstyle, pet or clothing. What you see on our charts is just how it comes. We do add to our charts often, so check back!
    • Not ALL clothing will allow characters to have their arms around someone. We try to note some of these on the clothing chart. If you pick clothes for this and would like the arm around someone else, PLEASE tell us in your description.
    • This is NOT meant to be an EXACT copy or replica of the people or pets you want to represent. It is (pre) hand-drawn illustrations with playful cartoon graphic type features and outfits that is only meant to represent or resemble a person or pet. Hair color, style, clothing, etc. will be close but not always an exact match to the subject being portrayed
    • It's all about the clothes. If you need wider shoulders then pick a top with wider shoulders. If you need a larger waist then do not pick a top with a waist line that curves inward.
    • Do you offer rush proofs? I'm sorry, we do not offer rush proofs at this time. 
    • Can I cancel a order? There is a design fee to cancel your order after it has been submitted. It is based on how many characters you purchased. It takes time to make these proofs and if you need to cancel then we must charge for that time. 
    • There is an error on my order after I approved it. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR PROOF. This is the main reason we send proofs. We are human and do make mistakes. For example, if we misspell a word/name on the proof that you have spelled correctly when giving your order, and you approve the proof, we will not refund or exchange the order. You will need to place another order. 
    • Guarantee on timing: You will receive tracking once your item ships. Keep in mind, we cannot be responsible for a late delivery. It is out of our control once we send the tracking number and it is on it’s way. If your order has been shipped and 15 days have passed, then message us for your options.
